RATE OF CHARGES

Rate of charges
a. Details of assay report and invoices (documentation)
Fineness or percentage purity to be achieved after whole process.
Percentage of shortage to be realized after refining process.

b. Exporter shall then be furnished with an assay invoice and packing list indicating the weight and fineness of the mineral being exported.

c. The mineral to be exported will then be sealed in a metal case on the day of export by Asanska Jewellery Limited with custom seals in the presence of some key officials:
-Ghana Customs Officers
-Officials of Asanska Jewellery Limited
-An advocate of the Exporter.

d. Documents such as Bank of Ghana and Ghana Customs documents shall be completed by Asanska Jewellery Limited on behalf of the Exporter.

e. Full address and contact number of consignee overseas must be provided.
f. Transportation of mineral meant for shipment to the appropriate airline shall be effected by Asanska Jewellery Limited.

g. Airfreight and insurance charges shall be the responsibility of the Exporter/Consignee.

h. The Mineral to be exported shall be accompanied with the following documents:

-Asanska Jewellery Limited assay invoice, packing list and pro forma invoice which will vividly outline the purity and quantum of the mineral as regards the ounces and kilograms.

-Cost of minerals expressed in both Dollars and Cedis with respect to the spot price of the London Bullion Metal Association (LBMA) on the day of export.
-Bank of Ghana export documents and

-Custom export documents.

i. The Exporter shall be made to pay a negotiable fee as a percentage of the cost of gold to be exported in dollars per kilogram, for assaying and smelting fees.

j. FOR GOLD PURCHASE CONTACT ASANSKA JEWELLERY LIMITED. WE PROVIDE FULL CORPORATE OFFER (FCO) AND SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA)
